1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website operated by Phoenix Rising Capital, Inc. and any services provided by the company. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. SERVICES

Phoenix Rising Capital, Inc. provides business consulting and advisory services. All services are subject to a written agreement or engagement letter outlining the scope of work.

3. PRICING

Pricing for services is determined based on the scope, complexity, and duration of each project. Fees may be structured as flat-free, milestone-based, hourly, or retainer-based engagements. All pricing will be clearly outlined in a written proposal or agreement prior to the commencement of services.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon invoice. For project-based services, payment may be required upfront or according to agreed milestone schedules. Ongoing advisory services may be billed monthly. Invoices are due within thirty (30) days unless otherwise specified.

5. LATE PAYMENTS

Any payment not received by the due date may accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is lower. Phoenix Rising Capital, Inc. reserves the right to suspend services until outstanding balances are paid in full.

6. REFUND POLICY

Consulting services are customized and time-based. Refunds are not available for services that have already been performed. For services not yet rendered, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility, if any, will be determined based on work completed and conntractual obligations.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients may cancel services by providing written notice. For project engagements, cancellation may result in billing for work completed up to the cancellation d ate. For retainer or recurring services, cancellation must be provided at least fifteen (15) days before the next billing cycle.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, reports, and deliverables prepared by Phoenix Rising Capital, Inc. remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes.

9. DISCLAIMER

All consulting services are provided for informational and strategic purposes only. Phoenix Rising Capital, Inc. does not guarantee specific finanial or business outcomes.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phoenix Rising Capital, Inc. shall not be reliable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its website or services.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

12. MODIFICATIONS
